Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. This means you can return your order without giving any reason.

Conditions for Return

To return an item, the following applies:

• The item must be in essentially unchanged condition
• Original packaging and any accessories must be included
• The item must not have been used more than necessary to assess it
• You must notify us of the return within 14 days of receipt

How to Make a Return

1. Contact us via our contact page and inform us that you wish to return your item
2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions
3. Send the item back well-packaged to the address we provide
4. Keep the shipping receipt until the return is approved

Return Shipping

For cancellations, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method. You bear the risk for the item during return transport.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the item within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Any shipping cost for the original delivery will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Complaint

If the item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us and we will assist you. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping, and you will have the item repaired, replaced, or receive a refund.
