Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Sweden. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery to other countries.

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time your order is confirmed and payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is received and a notification when the package is shipped.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. The price will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Problems

If your package does not arrive within the specified time or if there are any problems with the delivery, please contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to erroneous information provided by the customer.
