Terms of Purchase

1. General

These terms of purchase apply to the purchase of goods from Längdskidstavar via our webshop. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Sweden. Delivery time is normally 3-7 business days from the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been received.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days and return the item in substantially unaltered condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs for regretted purchases.

5. Complaints

We always provide a 2-year warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us if you discover any defects or deficiencies in the item, and we will assist you. For justified complaints, we cover return shipping.6. Personal Data
